Metro.co.uk: S Club fans might be in luck, with S Club 7 reportedly ‘in talks’ to reunite for a 20th anniversary tour. The hugely popular band released their first song – fittingly called Bring It All Back – in 1999. All members of the band – Rachel Stevens, Jo O’Meara, Hannah Spearritt, Tina Barrett, Bradley McIntosh, Jon Lee and Paul Cattermole – are reportedly keen to get the group back together, according to The Mirror.
A source close to the band revealed: "There is talks in between band members now about doing a reunion arena tour next year. A lot of the bandmates are up for it. It’s still early days but they are talking and fans may be in for a treat in 2020. It all makes perfect sense for a reunion celebrating 20 years of S Club 7," the source added.
Rachel recently revealed she would definitely be up for getting the band back together. She told Lorraine Kelly: "We’re all over the place, but we did do a reunion tour four years ago." Beaming at the camera as she fondly recalled her time in the band, the mother-of-two added: "I would definitely do it again. I’m so proud of what we have done and achieved so you never know. There’s seven of us all in different stages of our lives but it does bubble up every now and then. I can’t believe it’s been 20 years, it’s crazy. We were all over the place. TV shows, albums, touring." she added. She spoke about how great it would be to go into it now that they’re all a little bit older, and confessed that she does meet up with her S Club buddies every now and again.
Paul quit the band in 2002, saying it was time for him to "move on", and the band split a year later. Since then, some members have continued to perform together as S Club 3 or S Club Party. But now, they could all reunite as a septet on stage for the first time in years.
